Refund Policy

Billing should be understandable before there is a problem.

This Refund Policy explains how SmartSwing AI handles subscription refunds, duplicate charges, billing errors, and cancellation timing. It applies to purchases made directly through SmartSwing AI checkout flows unless a different written agreement applies.

Cancellations

Canceling a plan stops the next renewal. Access generally continues through the end of the paid billing term unless a different offer, trial rule, or legal requirement applies. Canceling does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.

Billing error review

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, report the issue through Contact Us with the billing email, the date of charge, the last four digits of the payment method when available, and a short description of the issue. SmartSwing AI may request additional information reasonably needed to investigate.

When refunds may be considered

  • Duplicate or accidental duplicate charges.
  • Material technical failures that prevented access after a successful charge.
  • Charges made after a valid cancellation that should have stopped renewal.
  • Consumer-protection rights or cooling-off rules required by applicable law.

Payment processor handling

SmartSwing AI may use Stripe or related processors for billing. Approved refunds may be issued back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times vary by bank and payment network and may take several business days after approval.
