Subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless canceled in accordance with the plan terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. If you use SmartSwing AI on behalf of a team, academy, or other organization, you confirm you have authority to act for that organization.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless required otherwise by law.

Billing and plan access

Paid plans are intended to activate only after successful billing confirmation. SmartSwing AI may offer free tiers, trials, plan changes, or cancellations depending on the plan shown at checkout. Taxes, fees, and currency effects may vary by country or region.

Third-party payment processors such as Stripe handle secure payment processing.

Content, feedback, and restrictions

You retain rights to the content you submit, but you authorize SmartSwing AI to host, process, display, and analyze it as needed to operate the service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit the service beyond the rights expressly granted to you.
