SmartSwing AI names, logos, taglines, screenshots, and other brand elements may only be used in a way that is truthful, respectful, and non-confusing. This page explains the baseline expectations.

Allowed uses

Factual references to SmartSwing AI in articles, reviews, or commentary.
Links to official pages that do not imply partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship unless authorized.
Accurate references to product features, pricing, or policies that are current at the time of publication.

Not allowed

You may not use SmartSwing AI marks in a way that suggests endorsement, creates confusion, imitates the product or checkout flow, damages reputation, or misleads users about affiliation. Do not alter logos, conceal attribution, or use brand assets in deceptive advertising or spam.
